Monarch wins at 2019 MBA Building Excellence Awards

1 June 2019

Monarch Building Solutions was proud to accept three major wins and a Judges Commendation at the 2019 Master Builders Association ACT and Asset Construction Hire Building Excellence Awards, held at the National Convention Centre on Friday 28 June.

In association with DNA Architects and The Dept. of Design, Red Hill Residence won Custom Built / Project Home ($1m - $2m); a project that also won the Best Use of Material (Residential Interior) at the 2018 MBA ACT awards for use of plasterboard, drywall and bulk heads. Expertly crafted by Monarch’s in-house interiors team, this residence features an extraordinary quality of materials and finishes that required a careful and considered approach at all stages of work.

The Greenway Housing project celebrated a double victory taking home awards for Special Purpose / Adaptable Dwelling, and Apartments and Units - Up to 3 storeys.

Monarch was also pleased to accept a Judges Commendation for commercial fitout, refurbishment or alteration (less than $1m) for the Bank Australia project.

These latest awards acknowledge the ongoing excellence Monarch has reached, by being consistently awarded for excellence since 2006. You can be assured that every project undertaken by Monarch receives the same meticulous attention to detail and thought regardless of its size or budget.
