Monarch is turning Conder Lime!

Monarch is proud to announce that work has commenced on the construction of a Club Lime gym and childcare centre on Sidney Nolan Drive in Conder.

The ground floor area is in excess of 1200m2 and will be split between the gym and a childcare and preschool facility.

Almost 60 car parking spaces will be provided, including 40 rooftop spaces.

Early works are currently progressing well and the gym is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2019.
