Monarch Interior Solutions was engaged to complete the internal fit out of the new John McGrath KIA Showroom at their dealership located in Phillip, ACT. This fit out showcases an impeccable finish, highlighted by an abundance of natural light complimenting curved and angled features that highlight the shape and zones of the space.

Curve meets angle in this design with a precise finish made to look easy by the Monarch Interiors team. The internal finishes include timber-look laminate, pre-finished solid aluminium cladding, metallic brushed bronze doors and accents, and perforated plasterboard to the showroom ceiling. A high degree of accuracy was required to ensure the laminate panels were installed to achieve a seamless curve look while also aligning the panel junctions to match the adjoining materials.

This fit out is the perfect example of outstanding carpentry, with a high-level of detail shown in the junctions of the timber-look laminate used throughout the walls and ceiling. This project had a demanding brief, driven by both the architect’s design and the high degree of accuracy required to ensure each panel junction was lined up precisely. With that in mind, we are incredibly proud of the results achieved.
