Meet our current apprentices aspiring for a career in the building and construction industry. Monarch is committed to providing quality training opportunities for apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge on a variety of real projects. Currently our apprentices are working on both residential and commercial projects for Monarch to gain exposure and broaden their capabilities in the industry.

 Last year Monarch celebrated 10 years as an MBA Group Training Host Employer, taking on over 100 apprentices during this time to assist them to achieve their trade qualification. We’re looking forward to seeing what this young group will achieve in the future.
