The success of The Drawing Room fitout is due to a close working relationship with subcontractors and designers

In the sixteenth century, withdrawing rooms were used to entertain guests in a relaxed and welcoming setting. This inspired the approach for The Drawing Room, where the objective was to offer a warm, vibrant café in a modern and relaxed setting.

The overall feel of the design and fittings gives a modern interpretation of the classical style of furniture which featured timber frames, exposed stitching and button detailing.

A variety of dining arrangements and informal booths provide choice for a varying demographic. While the indoor seating is complemented by inviting outside dining areas, complete with custom made furniture.

The Drawing Room provides a unique dining experience for residents of Gungahlin and Canberra’s north.
